Join The Capital Area Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association at the Rotunda Restaurant & Brewery on September 24th in Annville, PA from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM for a social mixer.  This local brewery has an outstanding food menu, locally brewed beers and the perfect happy hour atmosphere.  So come enjoy dinner, a drink and great conversation with Penn State Alumni and Fans where the talk will likely be about the upcoming PSU versus versus Oregon whiteout game!
